Relax Lights Out combines natural ingredients such as valerian root and chamomile along with a proprietary blend of other therapeutic botanicals to address insomnia and help you get an improved night's sleep. The combination of these natural ingredients helps to reduce nighttime anxiety, improve sleep quality, and encourage healthy sleep habits.

Ingredients: organic tulsi, organic chamomile, organic rosehips, organic lemon myrtle, organic orange peel, organic lemon peel, & organic valerian root.

Safety Guidelines
Valerian has been speculated to potentiate the effects of some sedatives. Pregnant women or women who are breastfeeding should consult their doctor before use.

Brewing Suggestions

Bring 1 cup filtered water to 212ºF.

Absolutely the best sleepy time tea

This tea has helped me achieve a restful night’s sleep naturally. Unlike other teas marketed as ‘sleepy time’ teas, I can genuinely tell the difference every morning. I wake up feeling more refreshed and rested!

A lot to choose from.

Picked up at local coffee shop in New Buffalo. She was also at recent artisan market. Many many varieties to choose from. Would have enjoyed a bit more flavor, but really purchased for the medicinal effect, so I am ok with it.

Relaxy Lights Out was intentionally crafted with a focus on calming, functional herbs to support relaxation and sleep, so the flavor is a bit more subtle compared to some of our more bold or fruity blends. That said, I always want you to enjoy both the benefits and the experience, so I truly appreciate your feedback!

If you ever prefer something with a stronger flavor profile but still relaxing, I’d be happy to recommend a few options for you.
