Free Domestic Shipping & Free Local Delivery
Receive free domestic shipping on all orders $59.99+ (before tax)!
Our free local delivery only works within these current zip codes: 46375, 46303, 46307, 46356, 46373, & 46341. If you qualify for free local delivery there will be an option to select Free Local Delivery when selecting your shipping option. Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to be delivered (Delivery times may vary during the holiday season and on weekends). Please provide your phone number to receive instant updates on delays or delivery questions on your package. You will receive a confirmation as soon as your order is delivered.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Truly Teas ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
Truly Teas is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Truly Teas is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Shipping outside of the US & Canada
Canada:
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Shipping times vary by location but typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
International Shipping:
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by their country.
